How to order

If you wish to place an order online simply add the product to your basket, proceed through checkout and follow the payment instructions. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Payment for all purchases must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with me.


The price quoted includes postage and packaging (second class delivery).

The prices of the Artwork are as stated on the website and are subject to change without notice.


I will post orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of greetings cards and up to 10 working days for delivery of prints as they may have to be made to order. Delivery is quoted for the UK only.

I will not be liable for any delays or damage caused during transit. Please see below for details of what to do if a delivery arrives damaged.

Please note, whenever artworks are purchased from outside the United Kingdom, import duty fees and tax may have to be paid to the local Customs. This is the responsibility of the customer placing the order, so please consider this when purchasing.

What if a delivery arrives damaged?

Please email me at art@jamesowenthomas.com if the package has been crushed, bent or if it has been opened.

Please provide a photo of the damage where possible.

If when you open your delivery you find the cards/print are damaged please contact me immediately to discuss organising a replacement.

Can an item be returned and how should it be returned?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days in as good as new, re-saleable condition.
In order to provide an efficient return service, please contact me initially by email: art@jamesowenthomas.com to notify me of your return.
Cards and prints must be returned in as good as new, re-saleable condition. Returns are made at your own expense. It is recommended to send returns via an insured and trackable method as I can take no responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

No refund will be made for items lost or damaged in transit or for returned items that are not in a re-saleable condition.

How much will be refunded and how will a refund be made?

For cards and prints that are returned undamaged a refund will be made to the full amount.
All refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Copyright and Ownership

The copyright and ownership of the Artwork remain with the artist unless otherwise specified.

The buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the Artwork without the express permission of the Seller and/or the artist.
