Even as a student at Bradford School of Art, I was already starting to work with private individuals, small businesses and large enterprises, providing a valuable service that highlights issues of the environment.

With this in mind and having seen one of my art exhibitions at the National Coal Mining Museum, Pontefract Racecourse commissioned some bespoke artwork to promote their racing season. With their campaign geared around sustainability, it was important to them to work with someone environmentally minded. I was able to create four pieces of innovative artwork using their old raceday tickets and badges for the racecourse’s online marketing and publications to promote the season.

In 2021 I was commissioned to create an ambitious piece of artwork that depicted the 20-year history of the Caudwell Children’s Charity. The artwork using sustainable materials comprised 20 separate canvases and raised £20,000 at auction for the charity.

In 2023 I donated one of my collages named “Seaside Memories” to the Alzheimer’s Society and it raised £10,000 at their auction event.

Also in 2023 I was commissioned by Great British Racing, London to create artwork that was unveiled at Thirsk Racecourse on the day of the Coronation of King Charles III. A film was made about this special event at the races:
