CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Please email us at art@jamesowenthomas.com or write to us at our above address if you wish to cancel. You can use the Cancellation Form, which can be downloaded on this website, but you do not have to use this form. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

The cancellation period ends 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. If you decide to cancel, the goods should be returned to our above address within 14 days of when you have informed us of your decision to cancel.

You must return the goods in the same condition you received them and at your own expense. Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before you return them, and this results in damage or deterioration, you will be charged for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
